The Aurora, a 32-story, 135-unit, mixed-use corporate-housing and luxury condominium apartment tower located at the intersection of Third Avenue and 37th Street in New York, NY. The Aurora previously leased 126 furnished studio and one-bedroom units on the first 25 floors leased to Marriott Execustay. When their lease expired, the units transitioned to 126 free market rental units. The team at Maidman Realty Group handled the brokerage of the units.
The top seven floors of the Aurora are full and half-floor luxury loft condominium apartments. Townhouse developed The Aurora and acted as construction manager on this project. Townhouse continues to manage the physical operation of the building.
