The Aurora, a 32-story, 135-unit, mixed-use corporate-housing and luxury condominium apartment tower located at the intersection of Third Avenue and 37th Street in New York, NY. The Aurora has 126 furnished studio and one-bedroom units on the first 25 floors leased to Marriott Execustay. The top seven floors of the Aurora are full and half-floor luxury loft condominium apartments. Townhouse developed The Aurora and acted as construction manager on this project. Townhouse continues to manage the physical operation of the building for Execustay and through its affiliates served as principal investor and general contractor for this project.
