Frequently Asked Questions
We ask that you submit maintenance requests online through the company website using your resident login and password. This will ensure the most timely processing of your request. Please include as much detail as possible, your preferred method of contact and information regarding access to your apartment. If you are not able to utilize the internet for a maintenance request you may call the office at 212-755-6556.
Please call the office at 212-755-6556 between the hours of 9AM -5PM on weekdays with any inquiries and we will direct your call to the appropriate Department.
Should you have an after-hours emergency please call our emergency number at 646-213-0091 and your call will be dispatched to a member of our staff who can assist you. This number should only be utilized for urgent matters.
We will provide and maintain the bottom lock of your apartment door. It is your responsibility to install and maintain any additional locks. Please note that per New York law we must have a full set of your keys at all times and be provided a copy immediately when you change or add any locks.
Yes. Depending on your building there are specific days/hours when moving is permitted. Move-ins and move-outs must be scheduled with our office and cannot proceed unless we receive a certificate of insurance from your moving company.
If you are locked out of your apartment and contact our maintenance staff between the hours of 9AM – 5PM there will be a lockout fee of $60 charged to your account. A lockout occurring outside of these hours will result in a fee of $125. Please note that if you contact our staff to provide lockout services they will make best efforts to address your situation as soon as possible. If you call a locksmith and the keys are changed, make sure to deposit a copy of the new keys with your Superintendent. All costs for a locksmith are your responsibility.
